The apartment is conveniently situated in a prime location, offering magnificent views of the marina bay. Guests can enjoy watching beautiful sunsets from the spacious terrace. the kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy to prepare their own meals. the bed is very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the apartment provides a great location and a comfortable stay.
There were some maintenance issues in the apartment, such as a slow-draining bathroom sink and a broken bathroom cabinet door. While these issues were mentioned in previous reviews, they were not addressed or resolved during the stay.

The location of the apartment in Vilamoura is perfect, with a fantastic view of the marina from the balcony. The sunset views are particularly stunning. The apartment is well-equipped and clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff, especially Elsa, were helpful and provided great communication. We also received a lovely surprise for my 60th birthday.
Felt lucky, no complaints at all.

Great location with a stunning view of the marina from the balcony and a second terrace for sunbathing. the apartment was clean and had a comfortable bed. Communication with the team was excellent.
Some maintenance issues like a broken shower window and freezer door falling off. Limited toiletries and only half a roll of toilet paper provided.

Great value for the money with a comfortable and well-equipped room. The location was unbeatable, overlooking the marina with stunning sunset views. The staff, especially Elsa, were helpful and even surprised me for my birthday!
Breakfast delights could use improvement, perhaps by offering more variety or including basic items like coffee and sugar.

I had a fantastic stay at the Greice Homes One Bedroom Apartment at the marina. the location was absolutely perfect, and I couldn't get enough of the superb view. Witnessing the beautiful sunset from the balcony while enjoying a glass of wine was truly magical. the apartment itself was spotless and had all the necessary amenities. the kitchen was well equipped, the lounge area was very comfortable, and the bed provided a great night's sleep. the shower was also a standout feature. Special thanks to Elsa and the team for their excellent communication and the lovely surprise for my 60th birthday.

I recently stayed at a fantastic apartment in a prime location at the marina in Vilamoura. The apartment had two incredible terraces, one overlooking the marina bay and the other perfect for sunbathing. The view and sunsets were absolutely stunning. Additionally, the apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and had a comfortable bed. I want to express my gratitude to Elsa and the team for their excellent communication and the lovely surprise they prepared for my 60th birthday!
I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location with a superb view of the marina bay. the apartment had two balconies, one overlooking the marina where we enjoyed watching the sunset, and another for sunbathing. the kitchen was well-equipped and the bed was comfortable.
The apartment needs maintenance. There were several issues such as a broken shower window, a missing freezer door, and a bathroom sink that barely drained.
